His program is educational and discusses how to have a Holistic approach to your retirement strategies. Noojin began his Financial Services career with Prudential as an advisor in 1990. In 1992, after ranking in the Top 5 in Sales in the Alabama territory, Noojin was promoted to Sales Management and within two years had achieved Prudential’s highest award in Sales Management, The President’s Citation. (The President Citation recognized the Top 2% of Sales Managers in the Company for Recruiting, Developing Successful Advisors and Surpassing Sales Goals).
