Our process · ASTE

Four steps from first call to a plan you keep up to date.

Access, Simple plan, Take action, Evaluate. The same disciplined route for every family we work with, whatever your starting point.

Step 1 · Base Camp · 17,600 ft

Access

Every expedition starts at base camp.

We sit down together, at Trafalgar Plaza or by video, and gather the full picture before anyone makes a recommendation.

The point of this step is understanding, not selling. You leave knowing what we will look at and what happens next.

Questions

Common questions about the ASTE process

How long does the ASTE process take?

It depends on how much is involved in your situation. Access and Simple plan usually happen over a few meetings, and Take action moves at your pace.

Does the first conversation cost anything?

The first conversation comes with no obligation.

Do I need to bring everything to the first meeting?

No. Bring what you have. We will give you a short list of anything else we need for your Simple plan.

Can we meet by video?

Yes. Meet us at Trafalgar Plaza in Fort Lauderdale or by video, whichever is easier for you.

Will you work with my CPA or attorney?

Yes. We coordinate with your tax professional and estate attorney. LSF Capital is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

What if my situation changes after the plan is in place?

That is what Evaluate is for. Call us, and we will review the plan and adjust it when your life changes.

How long is the first meeting?

About 45 minutes to an hour, with you and a member of our team.

How often do we review my plan?

Once a year, or whenever you ask.
